OSD Displays (OLED panel supplier, division of NVD) introduces 1.45″ AMOLED display with touch

OSD Displays, Orlando, FL. – OSD Displays (“OSD”), an OLED panel supplier and division of New Vision Display, Inc. (“NVD”) introduces a 1.45” 272×340 pixel AMOLED display with integrated capacitive touch panel. The module uses a MIPI 1-lane interface and is capable of displaying 16.7 million colors. AMOLED technology requires no backlighting and off-pixels are completely black, resulting in low power operation and a very high contrast ratio of >10000:1. Pairing the AMOLED display with an on-cell PCAP touch panel gives an ultra-thin profile ideal for small devices. The overall module dimensions are 26.0mm(W) x 33.8mm(H) x 0.99mm(D). The small size combined with the high image quality and low power consumption make this display module especially attractive for wearable devices.
